Perhaps you would like to list the US offsets, which you clearly have knowledge of, and compare the residual income of these with the 0% paid by our tax avoiders. Is it relevent what the others in Europe do, or are you suggesting that our citizens will seek to become French or something.
Meanwhile - are you pro or anti tax avoidance?
More to the point, do you think Shapps is right and if so do you think he is in a position to take action to make his view a reality?
