Yes precisely - the decision to increase inflation is the decision of the business owners and shareholders. If they want more profits and wages are already at the bottom then they will raise prices, thank you for admitting to that. The public services example is very accurate - people should be paid according to their value, and services should be priced according to their value too. How this is funded from individual and common wealth is a principled decision, and one that needs to be taken by those paying.
