I have not totally misrepresented you, I have quoted exactly what the article stated.
If bringing children in from outside of the area is not 'migration' by your own definition then what is - the point stands I believe.
The other point you need to understand is that statements made to one audiance in public are statements made to many - you may have taken exception to how I phrased that previously, but it remains true. If you regret what is said then that is something you need to consider how best to deal with. If you do not regret any of it, then do not try to claim to not having said them. As you have seen with your school speech, it is easy to prove a lie.
