If a private landlord is running at low or no margin they really should not be in the business - after all, if they can't make ends meet from such massive rents then they bought too high in the first place, failed to plan and failed to budget.
It is not enough that the are hoovering up masses of taxpayer money through LHA they now want tax cuts and further handouts to keep them in the game.
How about taking the money they recieve and now demand and investing it in somehting useful, like socially rented housing for instance - now there's an alternative.
