F451 and Joe - there is a clear incentive in the Government's policies to reward people for moving to less expensive places to rent.
Consider for example the introduction of Universal Credit - some groups of people will be allowed to earn significantly more before it affects their benefits, however this amount will be lower for those who are claiming benefits for housing. Clearly the policy is designed to reward those who choose to lower their housing costs.
Seriously - what was an unemployed for ten years couple doing growing a large family at the expense of the 29 million people who are at work? Isn't there anyone who agrees this is unacceptable?
