It seems there are some comments up there ^ doubting the wisdom of a national tenants' group. But without such a group, what kind of voice will tenants have when policies are formed? None at all.
Any replacement for the NTV might not directly represent the views of every single tenant out there - but that would be impossible. No group, no voice. Isn't that just rolling over and dying?
In any case, tenants will be asked for their views by the new organisation. A couple of million isn't much by today's standards, so I hope the 'new dawn' isn't a damp squib. And I hope tenants throw their weight behind it and get involved.
