I undertsand what you are trying to say but let me give you an example. I have a landlord who i convinced to take one of my clients on HB, that client totally trashed the property within 4 weeks, the landlord only had a small deposit and is struggling to get the property back up to a letable standard and will not do so within 6 months (it is also up for sale due to the bad experience he has had), you would accourding to 'tenantplus law' have me CPO that property after 6 months? You are correct though that in my dreams landlords and tenants are treated equally as i see plenty of dicrimination against my clients. AGAIN we are coming from the same perspective, a level playing field, unless you stop slaging the system off and arguing with me about nothing and put your efforts into actually making a difference nothing will ever change.
Ps i would suggest any landlord who discriminates against socal AND private tenants will not be a landlord for long as they will not be making any money at all
