Whilst I think housing is very important (who'd guss that from my postings) it may not be correct for it to be the only thing at the centre of policy making as there are so many elements of policy such as health, education, commerce, etc.
'Joined up thinking' is what's needed -- in fact, a bit of actual thinking wouldn't go amiss.
