Comment on: Genesis fined £12,000 over Legionnaires' outbreak
I wonder if the consultants informed scheme staff of immediate actions required when they were on site; and when they submitted their report, and why was there a delay in staff at the scheme receiving the risk assessment.

I think the notification from the pensions trust was pretty lame, and I'm not sure but I don't remember seeing much of an apology in there. What I'd like to know is why did the third party, Northgate, need to be using real data for their training purposes? Saying that they no longer do brings stable doors and horses to mind.
