Comment on: NHF attacks vote on 'unfair' welfare reforms
What is unfair is that people consider that it is a right to live for free without ever having paid any taxes or contributed to society. We should be glad this government is trying to do something about it to give hard working taxpayers some kind of slowdown in the ever increasing burden of rising taxes to pay the non-working economy.

Comment on: Government to push through welfare reforms
The Fact remains that the welfare system is so skewed that it gives claimants an incentive to have more children. People with no income and those who make no contribution to society whatsoever should not be allowed to bring children into this world so they can be an even greater burden on the (now becoming a minority) hard working taxpaying people of this country.

Comment on: Hughes warns benefit cap will ‘break up families’
I agree with Venk Shenoi. The decent hard working people of this country think long and hard before starting to raise a family. It seems many welfare dependants start a family as a means of obtaining free housing and other free benefits. Unless and until the welfare culture is stopped, more children in workless families will be born which does not a set a very good example.
Welfare claimants should not be able to start a family unless they get into work and can support that family. Why should the taxpayer have to work twice as hard so that the other half of the population can stay at home? -

Comment on: Council to expel homeless benefit claimants
Guys lets be honest here. Unless the government makes people see the harsh reality of life, i.e nothing can be free forever, people will never have the incentive to work for their lifestyle. Why should people be allowed to live in one of the best cities and locations in the world for free when hard working people cannot afford it themselves? Moving a few miles down the road in these circumstances should not be a such a big deal given they are still going to live for free at the expense of hard working people. Give the government a break and support them to get this country back into shape!
I think a reality check here is required before we all start feeling sorry for those who do not want to contribute to society.
