So, you have asked the establishment for funding so that tenants can access rights from the establishment which the establishment are supposed to ensure are available to tenants.Good luck with that one. The point of a body made up of tenants is that they truly represent tenants and can question the established way of doing things and when tenants cannot get a hearing through established channels, can apply pressure.
There are many policies, procedures, people employed to ensure tenancies dealt with a fairness and probity and despite the millions going into these positions tenants voices are not being heard. -

tenants Union anyone? it is about the only way forward i can think of. I have never formed a union before but it seems to me tenants do have power if they want to use it.

I am going to apply to the court for damages.
To this end I will complete a statement of claim.
I can ask the court to decide on issues such as disrepair and harrasement and breach of tenancy agreement terms.
I have tried everything else.
