Willmott Dixon Housing delivers 1,600 new homes each year for all varieties of tenure type and need:
- Care homes – providing homes for elderly and vulnerable people.
- General needs accommodation - from apartment blocks to 3-4 bedroom housing estates, including homes for affordable rent, shared ownership and outright sale.
- Key-worker living - providing homes for key workers such as hospital staff, often in PFI arrangements with RSL-led consortia.
- Private housing – housing for residential developers and sister company Willmott Dixon Homes.
- Renewing urban estates - multi-phase regeneration of estates, including several estates in east and west London.
- Retirement villages - villages for active older people to enjoy their retirement, such as Denham Garden Village for Anchor Trust and a retirement village in Milton Keynes for ExtraCare Charitable Trust.
- Student accommodation – living space for students, including a new 300 home development in St Georges’ Medical School in Tooting.
