Comment on: Sector backs plans to criminalise tenancy fraud
Hi Tenantplus, you said:
"It's all right to bring criminal laws against fraudesters so why it is not allright to bring criminal laws against those like you if they fail in doing your duties"
If you beleive this should be the case, what do you think about:
A teacher whose pupils fail their exams - the teacher could be said to have failed thier duties - do we send the teacher to prison?
A doctor/nurse has a patient who dies - does the doctor/nurse go to prison?
A librarian files a book away on the wrong shelf - they have failed to do their duties - do we send them to prison?
I order a drink in a cafe - the waiter brings me the wrong one - do we send them to prison?
I think you need to realise that 95% of people in this world, go to work and try to do the best job they can. Certainly there is a small % who don't and they should expect their employment to be terminated but your sweeping statements ridiculing 10,000's of people working in social housing seem ridiculous, ill thought out and a long way from the real world.
Take a step back... are you just angry about your current situation which seems to have been influenced by a poor experience of your landlord or do you truley beleive we should send people to prinson for not doing their job as well as you would like them to?
Tenancy fraud is obviously a crime and should be punished through the courts as all other types of fraud are. -

Anon - thanks for the message of support
I'm struggling to see the support for ILAG - most people think hes simply racist and uninformed. He actually said once he knew a lot about different cultures because he watches a lot of TV.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

ILAG
Thanks yet again for the ill-informed post, it seems nine posters (so far) disagree with you and no-one agrees - yet again.
Maybe you should venture over to the BNP website, i'm sure your views would receive much more support from like minded parasites.
Trying to defend the credability of the Daily Mail - i just fell off my chair laughing - it is a total joke of a publication, so when you try and defend it you look even more ridiculous.
