‘Surprise surprise’, indeed (Inside Housing, 26 Februaury). Placing Soha Housing in the ‘strengths outweigh weaknesses’ section of this table is rather misleading,

I feel. In fact, we were rated as having strength which ‘considerably outweigh weaknesses’ for both resident involvement and value for money. The part two judgement based on our action plan was that we had excellent prospects for improvement. These areas must surely be two of the most important to residents and many Soha residents have worked hard with Soha to achieve this result. I should know - I am a tenant too.
