The UK Housing Awards were established in 1997, to recognise excellence across the housing sector.

The UK Housing Awards 2013 took place at the Lancaster London on Tuesday 16th April 2013, hosted by Comedian and TV regular, Sue Perkins.

Now in their 17th year, these awards reflect the priorities and challenges of the sector.

The organisations that scooped the 13 prizes recognising achievement across the housing sector were named at an evening ceremony that attracted more than 600 people.

The UK Housing Awards are the longest established and most respected awards in the social housing sector, recognising the ingenuity, creativity, passion and results of housing organisations and individuals across the UK.

This showcase for excellence in social housing is run by Inside Housing and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
