I apologise for the issues associated with meter reading and billing at your home.
The meters that we installed initially were intended to be temporary meters until a pre payment meter could be installed. We have not been able to take an accurate reading from the temporary meters which would have enabled us to send out a monthly statement. In addition, the installation of the pre-payment meters has taken much longer than expected.
Every effort is being made to install pre payment meters in your home as soon as possible. As compensation for the inconvenience caused £100 credit will be added to your pre payment card when your replacement meter is installed.
