borough council solicitors a law unto themselves?

Borough council solicitors started injunction proceedings against me using the names of councillors, the vast majority of councillors where unaware of this, therefore what right does the solicitors have in using councillors names, [ councillors not being employees of the council] without their knowledge and consent? and can i put a formal complaint to th S.R.A?

OH dear dear, when i hear the words "rigorous" "robust" and "mechanisms" i immediately think of a bully who when a report by two gentlemen both disabled and one very elderly reported bullying by a member of this bully,s staff and the subsequent collusion by the other staff member present, the head honcho,s response was "my staff arent doormats" very professional and fair eh? Now we will go on to the robust, rigorous and well established mechanisms! of the complaints procedure! The bully is "investigated" by one of the bullys own, right up the ladder of the "complaints procedure!" to the head honcho, well it is obvious to all what leanings the head honcho has and what the head honcho is...a bully! Happy days eh!

Well well, i recieved another letter from the leagle beagles at nothampton borough council, with the usual dribble threatening injunctions. loss of tenancy and guess what an asbo, ive not to contact, councillors ,about 8 have communicated with me this week! [ makes a mockery of that one] council "officers" [ not of the calibre of our armed forces, police, fire service, coastguard etc] the chief exec greeted me with a "good evening" at mondays full council meeting 07/12/09! [ makes a mockery of that one] , and others [ anonymous of course] needless to say this letter or rather "bone in a state of terminal decay, contained no marrow in it and certainly no beef on it, the faceless have,nt the courage of their convictions, i certainly wont be accused of that, then im not a bully or complicit in bullying, among others. ..

Kass with respect it is not being brave, all bullies are cowards and yellow through and through, its utter disgust that drives me and when i see them i look through them. Especially when it comes to the vulnerable elderly/disabled etc its all the more disgusting. Long runs the fox and their day will come.

When a gentleman, a jap p.o.w is bullied Iin my home, and the bully and that what is complicit in bullying [ who mocks my illness] think they get away with it, and their next senior is a "hired officer" and agent "provocateur" and when we climb the platinum plated salaried/pensioned scale, the attitude of the pen-pushers head honchoes attitude to bullying of this great man, turned 90 saturday last, is "my staff are,nt doormats" he is right there they are bullies like him, and silence from the controlloing parties leader [now disgraced] his silence as is the cowardly behaviour of the portfolio holder for housing whom this great man invited to his home but never as much as acknowledged , joe the list is endless, my friend, N.B.C IS RUN BY BULLIES
