Tenants turn on Riverside over ‘shoddy’ report

To bosses at Riverside, writing their post-inspection report seemed so simple. But after peppering it with tp trackers, FTA processes, HHSRSs and SHAIPs, they were surprised to discover their tenants were more than a little disgruntled.
