Gooday Sheila

You have come to the right place. There are some fantastic "experts" on here willing to give you impartial advice. May I suggest to you that anyone who answers your question and gives advice that you do not like , call them a bully and tell them to get off your thread. Seems to work. Do not forget to call them bullies etc, etc.

Best of luck, hope it goes well with the ferrets. Oh by the way, wait till the boiler blows up the sue your HA.

I suggest that you go on a one woman crusade and claim to represent all of the tenants of your Housing Association despite any evidence that anyone else wants you to do so. Try making the same complaint every day, ask the same questions but shout a lot when you get answers that make any sense.

Good luck!

Sorry, I meant to ask,  "Sheila are you by any chance a disgruntled gas services administrator or co-ordinator?"

Some anonymous person must be packing their toothbrush/underwear waiting from visit by the stalking/honesty squad. Please post your prison number when you are inside so we can send you some tobacco n stuff. Not allowed to join in on the thread, as I am also too honest. Maybe I should be putting my underwear in my handbag and googling orphanages in London. Does anyone need a cat and a ferret?

Ha ha! Oh my goodness, I was trying to talk sense to Eva on another thread (I'm the one being threatened with the police!) and she said I'd given myself away on another thread and I'm guessing this is it.

PA, it seems she thinks you are in fact me! In any case she thinks about five people are me because anyone who has criticised her in the past 24 hours is me apparently. Sorry about that. Guess we're both going to jail.

Can we share a cell? Can we complain if we are overcrowded and then complain that the procedures are not being followed, 20 times everyday? Can we call the "prison professionals" bullies and hurl insults at them, and then play the victim.

Sorry, just find the whole thing hilarious. Couldn't stop laughing. You could be me - maybe we are one person with multiple personalities?

I think Sheila has a point, if a gas safety check has to be done why should the tenant put them selves out and be in? After all its not their boiler, its just the one in their house. I know it cant be used to cook a hamster ( which is acceptable as long it is a social housing tenant and they are punished in a similar way to someone who pays full rent or a mortgage as opposed to a subsidised rent with no maintenance ).

I did have a gas safe sticker on my boiler but covered it with an "injury lawyers for you" flyer. I plan to call them when the boiler explodes or I choke with laughter at Eva.

Thats a bit intense? ( get it? ). I think Sheila is entitled to rant, she should be allowed to get £5k in arrears then with hold rent because an unreported repair is not done. Last nite I had to keep turning up my music because my ASB neighbours kept banging on the walls, the louder it got the more they banged, whats that all about? I would set my staffie on them but I darent let him out as he ate evas sense of normality

Elaine

Be careful, you might end up in our cell. That would be intents! Turn your music up even louder to cover the banging noise from party wall, then call the TSA, HA, LA, write 78 posts on IH, and use your hotline to the stalker quad (they have nothing else to do).

Dont let your staffie near.... Know to my cost how vet bills can add up, you'd want to see the bill for the ferrets and hamster. Found an orpahange for the ankle biters but have to become shareholder first. problem is the local MP is lso a shareholder, Allotment plotter etc, but will report him to the sense of humour squad if he is not agreeing with me.

Has anyone seen the other thread? I can't find it and would like to know when to expect the police round.

Must she though? Really? Well with any luck she'll be on her best behaviour so she doesn't give herself away.

To get this topic back on track if I may?  I agree that any gas servicing is an intrusion on a tenants time. Its all well and good spouting off about "compliance" and "tenants safety" but why should we put our lives on hold? Why should they want to call in the summer ? Who on earth has their boiler on then?

I think the TSA should arrange block bookings for tenants.
