Miss Alysha Burrell

Alysha is the Founder and Director of Building Future Leaders and a Board Member of Southdown Housing Association and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Futures. Alysha has a range of experience working in the housing industry with previous roles at Taylor Wimpey in the land and planning team and before that Homes England where she worked in their Investments division and also set up their Graduate and Apprentices staff network. Alysha is a passionate advocate for supporting the next generation of future leaders to achieve their full potential and supports organisations across the housing and construction sector with their attraction and retention strategies to develop those in their early careers. Alysha is also a life and career coach and is a member of the professional body the Association for Coaching.
