Hyde hires former JLL director for newly created private capital role

Hyde Group has appointed Catherine Raynsford as its director of stakeholder and investment management.

Hyde has created a new director role to focus on engaging with private capital #ukhousing

A former JLL director has been appointed Hyde’s new director of stakeholder and investment management #ukhousing

Ms Raynsford, who has been a director at JLL since 2011, will join Hyde next month.

She will lead a team to identify, develop and enhance long-term partnerships with a range of private sector partners, including housebuilders, developers and institutional investors.

Ms Raynsford has spent more than 15 years in real estate, and has worked with public sector landowners to bring forward major developments and regeneration projects.

She has previously been an assistant director at Assettrust Housing and a senior development officer at L&Q.
