Housing association moves
  • Richard Gregory OBE has been appointed chair of Places for People Group following the departure of long-standing incumbent Chris Phillips. Mr Gregory is an experienced chair and non-executive director across private and public sectors. He is currently senior advisor to Virgin Money UK.
  • Sovereign Housing has appointed Nicole Sharp (pictured above) as chief operating officer. She most recently served as the association’s executive director of property services. It has also named Sally Hyndman as chief people officer. Ms Hyndman has previously worked in human resources in key roles for Debenhams, Carphone Warehouse and Marks & Spencer.
  • Sian Holtam has been appointed to the newly created role of head of health and safety at Central & Cecil Housing Trust. She was previously head of health, safety, quality and environment at London Energy.
  • Aman Dalvi has been appointed as the new chair of Newlon Housing Trust. He has previously chaired a number of organisations including the Anchor Trust and PA Housing.
  • Gary Bell has been appointed to the newly created role of transformation director at Platform Housing Group, having previously been director of project services at A2Dominion. Nathan Barson was also appointed as procurement director, joining from the Cabinet Office where he supported the national programme on personal protective equipment to help the fight against COVID-19.
  • Graham Wilson has been appointed director of assets at Freebridge Community Housing, having previously been interim manager at Havebury Housing. He replaces Alex Dixon, who is now director of property at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership.

  • Loma Wilson (pictured above) has been appointed as the new director of communities at Radius Housing. She joins from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, where she was area manager for South Down.
  • Adunni Adams has been appointed as a board member at Amber Housing. She is currently head of development delivery at Catalyst.
  • Anthony Holt has been appointed director of development and asset maximisation at Futures Housing Group, having previously been development director at Deeley Group.
  • Yorkshire Housing has appointed four new board members: Isabel Hunt, who currently works in service design and digital transformation at the National Lottery Heritage Fund; Leann Hearne, chief executive of Livv Housing Group; Matt Blake, a chartered management accountant; and Jacqueline Esimaje-Heath, regional development director for London north at L&Q.
  • Marsha Neal has been appointed to the newly created role of head of people and organisational development at Cardiff Community Housing Association. She was previously human resources business partner at the Principality Building Society.
  • Jon Love has been appointed construction director at Orbit Homes South, having previously been construction director at City & Country.
  • Gareth Yeoman-Evans has been appointed executive director of finance and resources at Newport City Homes, having previously worked as corporate director (finance and investments) at Hafod. He replaces Tim Jackson, who has moved to the role of executive director of transformation.
  • Geoff Clarke has been appointed executive director of finance at EMH Group, having previously been chief operating officer at Johnnie Johnson Housing.

  • Paul Fiddaman (pictured above) has been appointed as the new chair of the Northern Housing Consortium. He is currently chief executive of Karbon Homes.
  • Simon Dudley has been appointed chair of the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, replacing Michael Cassidy. He was most recently interim chair at Homes England.
  • Valorum Care Group has appointed Rhian Stone as chief executive. She joins from Pobl Group, where she was managing director of its care and support division. Simon Harrison takes up the role of group chair. He has worked in healthcare management, holding director positions at various large providers.
  • Andy Fancy has been appointed to the newly created role of regional managing director in charge of special projects by developer Hill Group. He was previously managing director for London at Countryside.
  • Shreya Lakhani has joined managing agent Rendall & Rittner as property team manager for the South Midlands. She joins from chartered surveyor Fifield Glyn, where she led the residential management department.
  • Construction products certifier the British Board of Agrément has appointed Professor Bill Hewlett to the newly created post of technical director. Professor Hewlett is a qualified civil engineer with more than 35 years of construction experience.
