Bromford has appointed a new chief finance officer, with its current finance boss set to leave the organisation.
Paul Walsh will assume the role at the end of June following a three-year stint at Coventry Building Society.
He replaces Lee Gibson, who has served as chief finance officer at Bromford for five years.
Mr Gibson is leaving his role at Bromford in order to move into consulting.
Bromford owns 44,000 homes spread across central and South West England.
The organisation has plans to develop 7,000 homes over the next five years, which would put it in the top 10 biggest housing association builders in the UK.
In December, the landlord agreed a £75m loan deal that will see it pay lower interest rates if it reduces its gender pay gap, in what it claimed was a sector first.
Robert Nettleton, chief executive of Bromford, said: “We’re delighted to appoint Paul Walsh as our new chief finance officer.
“Paul joins us from the Coventry Building Society with a wealth of experience and will look to strengthen the relationships we have with our many investors and build upon the strong financial reputation Bromford has cemented over a number of years.”
