If you’re feeling isolated, there’s insight into the credit crunch life of one chief executive - or why not go on a leadership course, the worth of which we assess?

If you need inspiration, we have an interview with housing leader and black role model Dorian Leatham, who talks about some tough personal times and how, from them, he developed a truly optimistic vision.

And finally, if you need to smile, find out what kind of leader you are - Margaret Thatcher or Doctor Who? If you’re very lucky, you might even be a certain Barack Obama.
