UKHA 2015

There are two different ‘Outstanding development of the year’ categories - for up to 24 homes and 25 homes or more. ‘Meeting specialist housing needs’ and ‘Maintaining high quality homes’ may also apply to developing landlords who are interested in bagging some of the silver at the UKHA 2015.

This year’s judging will be the most rigorous yet and to find out how winning an award can benefit you and your organisation click here to read a listicle of five reasons for entering.

But don’t delay - because the closing date for entries is this Monday at 5pm.

Judging will take place on 6, 13 and 20 March in London.

The awards, jointly organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing and Inside Housing, are uniquely designed to highlight excellence and reward innovation.

The UK Housing Awards were established in 1997, to recognise excellence across the housing sector. Below is a full list of the awards that are up for grabs.
