Fraser to leave Housemark
Ross Fraser has announced he is to stand down as chief executive of benchmarking organisation and membership body Housemark.
Mr Fraser will leave his role next January as he turns 60. Mr Fraser, who founded the company in 1999, said he is leaving to spend more time pursuing other interests.
He said: “I’m planning to work on housing projects, to do a part-time PhD on the French Revolution and to write about music and housing.”
Housemark provides consultancy services, data and benchmarking to social landlords. In 2014 its turnover was £5m.
The recruitment process for a new chief executive will begin in April and an announcement about the successful candidate will be made later in the year.
