Inside Housing’s free webinar on Wednesday 23 May will give insight into how social landlords can use data to improve tenant experience and organisational performance.
The free one-hour webinar will bring together an expert panel to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by smarter use of data in the housing sector.
A small expert panel will discuss their experiences and offer practical insight into how organisations can more effectively consolidate, analyse and use the diverse information they hold.
Martin Medlycott, chief information officer at Thames Valley Housing Association; Dr Laura Carmody, head of insight and product development at the Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust; and Clinton Etheridge, senior pre-sales consultant at Information Builders will all offer insight and advice in a session chaired by Inside Housing managing editor Martin Hilditch.
The webinar, which is entirely free to join, takes place from 12pm-1pm.
Viewers will be able to submit questions to the panel, as well as hearing each present their thoughts.
