Green deal plans up by 14%

3,234 homes had green deal plans in progress by the end of June - a 14% rise from the end of May.

Almost 1,000 of these were new deal with quotes accepted in the month of June, 661 had the plan signed and 1,587 had all measures installed.

Green deal measures installed

There were more than 29,000 green deal assessments completed this month - taking the total to 263,068 from 234,050 by the end of May. The 29,018 assessments in June is the highest number since the scheme started.

By the end of June, 16,428 cashback vouchers had been issued with 13,048 being paid, around £8.1 million, following installation of 13,904 measures. The majority of these have been used for boiler replacements.
