Homes England has named 19 specialists for a £150 million property framework designed to help it speed-up housebuilding.

Homes England announces property experts framework #ukhousing

The firms – including Deloitte and Savills – will provide services to the delivery organisation over the next four years.

They will support Homes England on a range of duties including the marketing of sites to developers; site evaluations; estate management; and acquisitions and disposals.

Work will also include advising on local markets; viability; investment; strategic planning issues; development models; and partnering arrangements.

Stephen Kinsella, executive director for land at Homes England, said: “The framework gives us speedy and easy access to a range of skilled consultants who understand our needs.
