Accord has announced changes to its executive team, including the appointment of a new acting executive director of regeneration.
Mark Patchitt has been promoted to the role of acting executive director of regeneration after joining the organisation earlier this year.
Mr Patchitt has over 30 years’ experience in affordable housing and has been responsible for marketing and management homeownership portfolios and development programmes across the UK.
In his new role Mr Patchitt will be responsible for Accord’s regeneration and construction teams, as well as its off-site manufacturing facility, LoCal Homes, and in-house architect team, Indesign.
Meanwhile, Sara Woodall, director of homes and communities at Accord, has broadened her role to include responsibility for the organisation’s assets and property maintenance teams.
The move marks the most recent changes to Accord’s top team after Jasbir Singh was appointed as director of Accord Care in April.
Chris Handy, chief executive of Accord, said: “I am very pleased to announce these changes within Accord. The addition of our asset management and maintenance teams into Sara’s homes and communities directorate will bring together all our customer facing teams.”
“I am also pleased to welcome Mark Patchitt onto the executive team. Mark joined Accord at the beginning of the year and has already made a great contribution to our organisation.”
