Troy Francis, former head of housing at Brent Council, has been appointed as the new director of operations at @optivohomes #ukhousing

“This is a really exciting time for the organisation, which enters into a new decade determined to do everything it can to tackle the housing crisis,” says Troy Francis, the new director of operations of @optivohomes #ukhousing

Troy Francis, who had worked at Brent Council since 2017, started his new role at 45,000-home housing association Optivo this week.

Mr Francis also previously worked at Hounslow Council as its head of area housing and at Southern Housing Group, where he was a regional director.

In his new role, Mr Francis has replaced Eileen Martin, who retired after working for Optivo since it was formed from a merger between Amicus Horizon and Viridian in 2017.
