Public sector procurement firm Fusion 21 has revealed the full list of contractors it has signed up to new national frameworks worth £290m.
Thirty-seven companies have bagged places on the Reactive Repairs & Maintenance and Empty Buildings Refurbishment & Security Frameworks, which cover the next four years starting from next month.
The frameworks are designed to support housing associations and local authorities across a range of services, including out-of-hours reactive emergency repairs, major void improvements and call handling services on a 24/7 out-of-hours basis.
Peter Francis, director of operations at Fusion 21, said the framework will “bring a modern, dynamic solution for procuring responsive repairs and void arrangements”.
In June, Fusion 21 extended its modular building framework with an extra £175m of work covering the blue light, health and leisure sectors. This followed an initial £225m of work which was offered to nine contractors last year covering the education sector.
