Homes England has revealed the winners of a new £100m framework aimed at supporting the delivery of homes on brownfield and public sector land.

Homes England £100m framework winners revealed #ukhousing

A total of 20 companies (see list below) have been appointed by the housing delivery body to its multidisciplinary framework, which will be used to speed up the delivery of schemes on sites for development.

The framework will be open to a number of public bodies, local authorities and also housing associations and other registered providers working with Homes England.

The 20 companies will provide a number of multidisciplinary services including engineering design, project and cost management, and planning support.

It will be launched on 2 February and will last for a total of four years.

The framework will run alongside Homes England’s property framework launched last June, which will provide public sector bodies with property advisory services, valuations and estate management support.

Stephen Kinsella, executive director for land at Homes England, said: “We want to work with ambitious partners who can help us accelerate housing development, deliver value for money, use their skills, knowledge and capacity to significantly increase housing delivery across the country.

“Members appointed to the new framework bring with them a wealth of knowledge and housing expertise that will enhance the work of Homes England.”
