The consortium also won in the regeneration project of the year category for Brunswick.

Under the regeneration of Brunswick 514 new homes will be built and 650 refurbished. Of the 514 new homes, 140 will be for affordable rent and 314 for private sale, with a 60-bed extra care scheme also planned.

Awards judge Brian Ham, executive director of enterprise and development at Home Group, said: “This is a comprehensive scheme to cover all bases.”
