Winners for £800m refurbishment and regeneration framework revealed

Procurement firm Fusion21 has unveiled a host of new contractors that it has signed up to a new £800m framework to work on refurbishment and regeneration schemes.

Forty-five firms are on the four-year framework, which launches to the market next Monday (1 April).

It will offer a “range of internal and external refurbishment and improvement works through to the building of additional structures”, Fusion21 said.

Contractors will also be available to work on regeneration and upgrade work and new builds for housing providers, councils and other public sector bodies.

Peter Francis, director of operations at Fusion21, said: “Our members will benefit from working with supply partners that have been appointed based on sector experience, competence and capability, while also having the option to select suppliers by region and value band to meet local delivery requirements.”

Last September, Fusion21 launched a £290m framework focusing on emergency repairs and improvements. In June last year, the firm extended its modular building framework with an extra £175m of work covering the blue light, health and leisure sectors.
