Tell us about abuse and assaults on the job

Inside Housing wants to find out what types of abuse housing professionals face in the course of doing their jobs. The details will be used as part of a wider investigation, including a survey of councils and housing associations.

By responding to the survey, you help us build a picture of how bad the problem is, and whether social landlords are doing enough to support staff and ensure their safety.

Last year’s investigation revealed housing professionals were subject to more than 3,500 incidents of physical and verbal assaults in 2013, a 22% increase on the previous year.

All responses will be treated in the strictest confidence. The results of the survey will be published in Inside Housing on 19 June.
