Four finalists are competing to be crowned Rising Stars winner 2016. They are Evie Copland, communications and innovation officer at Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership, Tom Forty, business improvement manager at Orbit Group, Chris Irons, gas production team leader at Hyde Property Services and Alice Smith, neighbourhood team manager at Spectrum Housing Group.

The winner will receive prizes including a free delegate place at CIH Housing 2016, a VIP invitation to the CIH presidential dinner 2017, the opportunity to guest edit Inside Housing and a day shadowing the CIH chief executive.

As well as a public vote, the candidates will also be scored on tasks including an ethics interview, Twitter debate and presenting the sector’s career opportunities to students.
