A housing association in South Wales has appointed a new chief executive following its previous head’s retirement after 25 years in the role.
Luke Takeuchi takes over at 1,700-home landlord Rhondda Housing Association (RHA).
He replaces Lesley Davies, who is retiring, and will start in the new role early next month.
Mr Takeuchi was previously director of housing services at the association, having joined in 2014. He has also worked in local government and held senior positions at Places for People.
“I am delighted to have been appointed as the new chief executive of RHA and I am excited to continue our ongoing success across all areas of the business,” he said.
