The UK’s foremost event aligning capital and policy to accelerate the delivery of homes at pace and scale

Born out of the inaugural Homes England Investment Symposium in 2024, the Housing Investment and Delivery Symposium is now in its third year, and the only event bringing together the most senior leaders from across government, housing and the wider Living sectors to shape strategy and support housing delivery across all tenures. Our mission is to align capital and policy to accelerate the delivery of homes at pace and scale, generating practical, replicable solutions that can be applied across the sector.

New for 2026, the co-located Equity in Housing Summit will provide a dedicated forum for equity investors, for-profit providers and housing associations to explore the partnerships, investment models and market insights shaping the next chapter of affordable housing delivery.

With attendees spanning major investors, combined and local authorities, government, housing associations, developers, housebuilders, banks, legal services, architects, industry bodies, and regeneration and place-based organisations, the symposium brings together an influential group to align ambition with investment realities and development expertise.
