There is a lot to be learned from social housing providers who, in agreement with the regulator, are working to improve their processes to meet the Government’s governance requirements.

During this session, we will hear from two registered providers that have previously been downgraded - one historic example and one current. They will share how they have set out a plan of action for improvement, the pressures they’ve experienced and the transition process of implementing changes into their day-to-day.
