This breakfast briefing will explore the scale and evolving nature of overseas real estate investment into the UK living sectors. With more than £7 billion deployed in 2025, the session will examine what this level of activity signals about international confidence in the private rented market.
The discussion will also consider how capital is flowing across build-to-rent, single-family rental, co-living and student accommodation and why structures such as forward funding, joint ventures and platform strategies are becoming increasingly prevalent. Finally, the panel will explore the growing emphasis on operational performance over location, and what this shift means for developers and managers seeking to attract global capital.
