How can the sector rebuild its reputation and gain the trust of tenants after widespread media coverage of service failures? How can we better engage and respond to critical voices? 

To communicate effectively, we also need to listen so how can we engage in a dialogue with tenants and use their voice to influence change and solutions?  

The session will also identify barriers to tenant engagement such as digital poverty and how to overcome them. Plus, how to make more innovative use of multiple channels to increase engagement opportunities.
