The housing sector is about to embark on a large-scale retrofit of its stock and it is essential that everything is done to support and engage tenants throughout the process. This session will explore the critical factors in ensuring a positive retrofit experience.

• Improving education and communicating the value of retrofit in a way that is relevant to tenants
• Building trust and confidence in new and unfamiliar technologies
• Exploring inclusive engagement methods that will enable all residents to have a voice including harder-to-reach groups, vulnerable residents, those with disabilities or learning difficulties and technologically excluded residents
