With the Government’s Warm Homes Plan committing £15bn to upgrade five million homes, alongside the introduction of Awaab’s Law and changes to the Decent Homes Standard, social housing providers are under growing pressure to deliver homes that are warmer, drier and healthier for residents.
At the same time, new monitoring and data led technologies are offering unprecedented visibility into how homes actually perform in use, not just how they were designed to perform on paper.
But how well are retrofit programmes, ventilation strategies and emerging technologies truly working together in practice?
In partnership with Inside Housing, this session will present the findings of new sector research exploring how housing providers are integrating retrofit, ventilation and smart technologies, and where gaps, risks or unintended consequences remain.
We will examine whether monitoring data is influencing decision making, how organisations are responding to regulatory change, and what effective integration looks like in real world delivery.
Join us for an evidence led discussion on how the sector can move beyond siloed approaches and deliver genuinely joined up, future ready homes.
