Daniel leads external affairs and policy issues for Together Housing – one of the country’s largest housing associations with homes across 32 local authorities. In 2017, Daniel developed a new approach to customer insight encompassing strategic research and operational feedback. This cut costs by a third and provided improved insight. Daniel has had a wide ranging career across the public and private sectors including the European Commission, Yorkshire Water and the National Housing Federation.
