  • Phil Davison has been appointed as director of transformation at EMH, with a remit to modernise the association’s systems, and support new ways of working. Meanwhile, North Wales Housing also confirmed Brett Sadler as its permanent operations director. Mr Sadler had been assistant director for communities until taking on the role as interim in January 2019.
