Kate joined Cornwall Council in January 2016 as chief executive. With a background in people services, Kate is passionate about improving the life chances of the people of Cornwall through economic growth and through empowering communities to get involved in the delivery of public services.
Kate is the strategic commissioning lead chief officer for Shaping our Future for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly STP, working closely with the NHS Chief Officers to realise our ambition of integrated care.
