Mr Kevin Rodgers

Kevin was appointed Chief Executive at WM Housing Group in May 2015. Prior to that he was the Group’s Deputy Chief Executive and Group Finance Director leading on the Group’s £200m public bond issue in 2012. 

WM Housing Group owns and manages around 30,000 rented homes across the West Midlands region through its subsidiaries; Whitefriars, Optima Community Association, Family HA (Birmingham) and West Mercia Homes. The Group has an annual turnover of £140m and a substantial programme for the development of new homes. In addition, WM Housing Group is involved in two of the Region’s largest regeneration projects; in North Solihull and North-East Coventry.
 
Before joining the Group, Kevin worked as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers working on housing projects in many of England’s largest Cities. He is currently a Board Member of North Solihull Partnership and Coventry Local Public Services Board and actively involved with the work of the Local Enterprise Partnerships in Greater Birmingham & Solihull and Coventry & Warwickshire. In September 2016 Kevin was elected as the Chair of the West Midlands Housing Association Partnership.  The purpose of the Partnership is to provide a single voice for housing associations to engage and support the West Midlands Combined Authority (“WMCA”) in delivering on an ambitious change programme for housing that will be necessary for it to achieve its social and economic aims.
