Association selects 16 contractors for £90m repairs framework
A housing association has selected 16 contractors to deliver a £90m repairs framework in London.
After a tendering process through the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) the contractors will deliver cyclical repairs for the 36,000-home A2 Dominion over the next four years.

We have had to change to ensure contractors bid for smaller schemes
The planned repairs framework, worth £35.6m, will deliver planned programmes such as kitchen and bathroom replacements and the cyclical repairs framework, worth £54.4m, will deliver external and communal cyclical redecoration and external repairs.
