Leading developer and maintenance contractor Keepmoat has reported a 17.7% increase in revenue.
The company registered an overall rise to £1.1bn in the last financial year, with its homes division generating £262.4m – up 25%.
The revenue of Keepmoat’s maintenance arm increased by more than 15% to £832.4m during the period.
The firm said this was due to work on public-private partnership housing schemes in Leeds and Pendleton in Manchester, which replaced work under the Decent Homes scheme.
It also highlighted a £100m deal with Enfield Council to refurbish homes, a £10m project with Ipswich Borough Council to deliver the area’s first local authority homes for 30 years and a social housing regeneration order book standing at £1.2bn.
